Online Shopping - Product Returns
Buyers who meet consumer qualifications have the right to cancel online orders for door-to-door delivery from the IUNOZ online store without providing reasons. Therefore, we offer a 14-day cancellation period. Return costs need to be borne by the buyer. All information about cancellations can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.
If you want to make a return, you must first complete the form (Declaration of Withdrawal / Refund Request Form) and send it to our email address info@iunoz.eu. You can find the download links for both tables at the bottom of this page.
Depending on the size of the item you want to return, please follow the return process below:
Package returns (small package):
You simply report the return in your user account via the "Order Returns" function in the "My Account" menu item and send the parcel back to the store via courier (Duna sor 15, Budapest, 1044).
Package return (Large/bulky - palletized - packages):
If you are returning a larger shipment that cannot be delivered as a package, our carrier partners will take over your shipment. You can simply report the return in your user account using the "Order Returns" function in the "My Account" menu item. Your return request will be forwarded to our appropriate carrier partner, who will contact you as soon as possible with a pickup date.
Customized products (doors, windows, fences, handrails, etc.):
Sorry, due to the special circumstances of customized products, secondary sales are not possible. We will not accept return requests for custom products after delivery. If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, the deposit listed on the contract will not be refunded.
